2. Estimates & Scope of Work
In-home estimates and initial project reviews are complimentary. Final contracted scope, specifications, payment schedule, and material selections will be set forth in a binding written remodeling agreement signed by the property owner and Loyd Small.
3. Licensing & Insurance
Loyd Small Renovations & Remodeling operates as a fully licensed and insured residential contractor in the State of Florida, carrying comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
