Loyd Small
Owner & Master Craftsman · 30 Years Experience
"When I put our family name on a remodel, it means my personal reputation stands behind every tile line, every miter joint, and every client handshake."
Three Decades Dedicated to the Remodeling Trade
For over 30 years, Loyd Small has practiced the art of residential remodeling and fine finish carpentry. Starting as an apprentice craftsman learning traditional joinery, framing, and tile setting, Loyd built his career on one unbending standard: never cut corners where eyes don't immediately see.
In an industry too often plagued by disappearing contractors and rushed subcontractor crews, Loyd established Loyd Small Renovations & Remodeling in Heathrow, Florida to provide Central Florida homeowners with a dependable, family-first experience.
When you invite Loyd Small into your home, you aren't dealing with a middleman or commission-hungry salesperson. Loyd himself oversees layout designs, subfloor prep, miter angles, and the final walkthrough.
